Hi, my ASUS X-series laptop crashed after a Windows update last night, and now it wont start properly—just a black screen with a cursor. I want to reset it to factory settings to fix this, but Im not sure how to do it since I cant get into Windows. Can anyone help me reset my ASUS laptop in this state? I need it for school!
