Hey there, Im having a weird issue with my Acer Swift 3. Every time I try to take a screenshot using Snipping Tool or PrtSc, my laptop freezes for about 10-15 seconds before recovering. This started after a recent Windows update. Its super annoying since I need screenshots for my job. Has anyone encountered this, and how did you fix it?
