I am running a small B2B SaaS startup focused on helpdesk solutions, and our customer acquisition cost (CAC) is eating into our budget. We are spending heavily on paid ads, but the ROI is not what we expected. Our product is solid, but it feels like we are not reaching the right audience efficiently. Has anyone successfully lowered their CAC in a similar niche? I am curious about strategies like lead nurturing for SaaS or link building for SaaS that could help us grow without breaking the bank.
