Hi, my Acer Aspire keeps failing to restart correctly. When I click restart from the Start menu, it shuts down but then gets stuck on a black screen. I have to force it off and on again to get it working. This started after a power outage last week. Is this a hardware issue or something I can fix with software? Any help is welcome!
