Hey everyone, my ASUS TUF is lagging a lot, and I want to reset it to improve performance. But I have tons of photos and videos I cant lose. Is there a way to reset my ASUS laptop without wiping everything? I heard about a keep my files option—does that really work? Any advice appreciated!
