Why are C, C++, and Java still widely used despite newer languages like Python and Rust?

Modern languages like Rust, Go, and Kotlin offer safety, concurrency, and simplicity, but C, C++, and Java remain industry standards. Why do companies still rely on them for operating systems, real-time systems, and large-scale applications?
