I bought a TV stand for my gaming consoles that is supposed to be height adjustable, but the mechanism is stuck, and I cannot raise it to the level I want for my Switch and PS5. It is super frustrating because I need it higher for better viewing angles. Has anyone had height adjustment issues with TV stands for gaming consoles? I am wondering if I got a defective unit or if there is a trick to fixing it myself.
