I picked up a couple of cheap gaming consoles at a garage sale, but they only have a handful of built-in games. I heard you can mod some of these to add more titles, like NES or Sega classics, but I am new to this. What tools or software do I need, and how risky is it for a beginner? I want to expand their potential without bricking them—any modding pros out there with advice?
